How does onboarding work?

How much monthly effort for HR and payroll?

After initial setup, manual effort usually drops to just a few minutes per employee. If you book receipt checking, it’s just 5 minutes for the final export.

Which payroll programs are supported?

Our export supports any import based on Excel, txt or csv files. Any column requirements can easily be handled in a spreadsheet program like Excel.

Can employees upload receipts on weekends?

Yes – uploads are possible 24/7. With our self-service, receipts land in the system. With our checking service, validation starts the next working day (SLA ≤ 24h).

Who is liable if receipts are incorrect?

Employees confirm compliance with a detailed checklist when uploading. With the basic plan, final control is with the employer. If you use our checking service in the Pro plan, we take over the review. All checks are logged.
